Marked as 'Retired' and can't log into SmartCARS

  • Pilots

1. I received an email that marked me as "Retired". I've been an active member, and my last PIREP submission was on 24 June 2020. Please check.

 

2. Now, I can't log into SmartCARS. Reason being account currently inactive. Please advise.
